If your parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, contact us on WhatsApp at 03212814215 as soon as possible after delivery, with a photo of the parcel and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for verified damaged or wrong items.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned. If you have any problem with your order, message us first — we will try to fix it.
